Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that there’s a good chance that Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) could adopt Baby Tesoro.
After all, the men are bonding quite quickly with the little one, and all arrows are pointing to the idea that it’ll be very hard for them to give the child up when all is said and done.
This is the land of Salem, where irony rules the roost, so could Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) end up becoming Tesoro’s ‘babysitter’?
Killing Two Birds With One Stone
Sophia works at The Bistro, but as she needs money for college, perhaps Sophia decides to pull double duty by working at the restaurant and babysitting too? She’ll have to take time off in the later weeks of her pregnancy and healing after birth, so she may need the extra money.
Rachel Boyd, Sophia’s portrayer, stated that Sophia would become fiercely protective over her baby, like a momma bear. But how could she do this unless she was somehow in the baby’s orbit?
Both Leo and Javi work, and while Leo has borne the brunt of most of the baby caretaking activities and can likely take Tesoro to work now and again, the two dads will need a babysitter for things like date night and other work commitments (meetings). This may be where Sophia steps in.
Sophia & Tesoro Bond
In spending time taking care of her son, will Sophia bond with Tesoro? Will she wish she could go back on giving him up?
The Days of Our Lives summer (and beyond) preview shows Sophia digging into her inner Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) by attempting to break up Tate Black (Leo Howard) and Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis).
However, this doesn’t mean that she won’t share tender moments with her son and maybe have second thoughts on his adoption. But will it be too late?
