Congratulations are in order this Memorial Day weekend for Days of our Lives favorites, Casey Moss (JJ) and True O’Brien (ex-Paige) who said their “I do’s” in a ceremony held on Sunday, May 25th.
Moss took to his Instagram story and shared some of the beautiful wedding photos of himself with his new bride. The couple are seen walking along the beach following their nuptials. Casey added into the post, the soundtrack of James Vincent McMorrow’s version of the Steve Windwood classic, “Higher Love.”
It was back in June of 2022 that Casey popped the question to True and they became officially engaged. The road to marriage has been ten-years in the making, as the lovebirds first met while both working at Days of our Lives back in 2015 and have been together ever since.
As daytime fans know, the character of Paige Larson was killed-off in 2015, when she was strangled by the necktie serial killer, Ben Weston, played by Rob Scott Wilson. Later, O’Brien took home the Daytime Emmy in 2016 for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Daytime Drama Series for her performances. True was initially on DAYS from 2014-2015,then made brief appearances when Paige came “back from the dead” in special episodes in 2017 and 2020.
Currently, Casey Moss is back on the canvas as JJ Deveraux on all-new episodes of the Peacock streaming soap opera. He first debuted as the son of super couple, Jack (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) back in 2013 and played the role till 2020. After exiting the canvas, the powers that be brought him back in 2024 and in 2025.
