Days Star Raven Bowens Teases Bumpy Road and Big Surprises for Johnny and Chanel

The fan favorite actress teases what’s to come on the Peacock streaming soap opera.

To say Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel DuPree (Raven Bowens) have had a rollercoaster relationship would be an understatement, but now Bowens is teasing the ride ahead.

On-screen Johnny and Chanel have just decided to once again embark on the path to becoming parents. They have decided to actively pursue adoption, with the child they’re considering being Tesoro, the son of Tate Black and Sophia.

The issue with getting custody of Tesoro is they will not be the only prospective parents interested in the child. Tesoro’s current guardians Leo and Javi are bonding with the child, and his biological father, Tate, and grandfather, Brady, are looking for his whereabouts.

Bownes was recently interviewed by Women’s World about her time on the show and upcoming storylines. Discussing where her current story is going, Bownes shared, “Oh, it’s going to get even bumpier, and then it might seem like it starts to get better . . . and then it gets bumpier again. It’s definitely a roller coaster!”
