We now know the Blue Bloods series finale date and special details.
As Blue Bloods winds down to its final episode, which will air Dec. 13, Entertainment Tonight has produced a one-hour special, Blue Bloods: Celebrating a Family Legacy, that celebrates 239 episodes of the series.
Hosted by ET’s Nischelle Turner, Blue Bloods: Celebrating a Family Legacy will include new exclusive interviews with the stars and recurring guest stars who share favorite memories and behind-the-scenes moments from the past 14 years.
In addition, the special will make a deep dive into the ET vault, pulling footage of archival interviews and set visits.
Also included in the show is a rare look inside the famous family dinner scene, where viewers learn secrets straight from the Reagans’ table. The special reveals new details about the first time the cast had family dinner during the pilot when they were strangers, and how that transformed the series into the global phenomenon it is today.
And there’s more. Fans will hear first-hand from the cast about what it is like filming on the streets of New York City and get a sneak peek at the emotional finale prior to the series finale.
Blue Bloods stars Tom Selleck (Frank Reagan), Donnie Wahlberg (Danny Reagan), Bridget Moynahan (Erin Reagan-Boyle), Vanessa Ray (Eddie Janko), Will Estes (Jamie Reagan), Len Cariou (Henry Reagan) and Marisa Ramirez (Maria Baez).
Blue Bloods: Celebrating a Family Legacy will air Friday, Nov. 29 and stream next day on Paramount+.
