FBI star Zeeko Zaki has teased a “full circle” narrative for the final episode of season 6, indicating it will resolve the events of the series premiere. The first episode of FBI season 6 saw the team trying to prevent a Somali terrorist organization from comitting a terrorist attack, having already destroyed a bus and killed several people, including Agent Trevor Hobbes. While they attempted to apprehend the suspect, Hakim Siran, he managed to get away, meaning the case still doesn’t have a satisfactory conclusion.
Speaking with Screen Rant, however, Zaki, who portrays OA, revealed that the final episode of FBI season 6 will bring the series “full circle,” teasing how their conflict with Hakim is not over. Discussing how villains usually don’t get away for long in the show, the star hinting at a satisfying conclusion to the premiere’s investigation. Check out what Zaki had to say below:
The final episode is a full-circle moment from our first episode, which is really exciting. We don’t usually leave cliffhangers or villains that get away, so it’s nice to get an opportunity to close that loop. It’s also great to, again, just show how strong of a team we are and to show our unity through multiple characters’ perspectives. This is definitely a fun chapter closing on a pretty intense villain and what he did to us, and what he did to one of our own, and things like that. It’s just going to be a very well-earned “getting that guy” moment.
What Zeeko Zaki’s Statement Means For The FBI Season 6 Finale
Zaki discussing what to expect from the season 6 finale seems to confirm Hakim’s reappearance, alongside a deeper dive into the terrorist organization he’s associated with. Ever since he evaded capture at the start of season 6, it’s been a possibility that the show would return to his storyline as the main focus for the team. This seems to be the case with the final episode, which will allow some level of closure to what transpired before, the team no doubt wanting to prevent another attack from transpiring.
Given how long the premiere’s antagonist has been able to evade capture, it seems the whole team is going to be required to bring him in, and possibly stop his terrorist group. This is especially true because of Hobbes’ death, with OA no doubt out for revenge more than he was at any previous point in the season. While it’s unclear what Hakim’s next plan is going to involve, the team has a personal stake in stopping it, making the ending an important finale for the series.
