Jared Padalecki was yesterday’s news! With the rest of Fire Country Season 3 now in full swing, the show is rolling out its most iconic cameo to date.
Much like every other CBS show, fans of Fire Country had a grueling one-month wait between the first and second halves of its third season, meaning what happened pre-Christmas feels like a lifetime ago. Before its debut, Supernatural star Jared Padalecki’s three-episode arc was the big talking point, which has disappeared in the blink of an eye.
Season 3 Episode 12 is up next, and so far, all eyes have been on Bode. He’s just kissed Audrey despite being romantically linked to Gabriela, basically proving he’s been making the wrong love-life decisions up until now.
But what about beyond that? The binge-worthy TV show will still be rolled out across the next few months, and it’s got a familiar face on the books.
Country singer Jelly Roll makes acting debut in Fire Country Season 3
On Friday, April 11, 2025, the town of Edgewater will be joined by Country singer Jelly Roll, who’ll be making his acting debut in Fire Country Season 3.

Series star and co-creator Max Thieriot confirmed the news on Instagram, stating in a teaser, “Country music superstar Jelly Roll is making his acting debut on Fire Country.”
The singer replies, “From the stage to the fire line, it’s time to see if I can keep up,” before they shake hands.
Thieriot later added on his Instagram story, “Look who’s coming to Edgewater! Can’t wait for y’all to meet ‘Noah!’ @jellyroll615 you inspire me, brother! Thanks for sharing your talent and joy.”
As hinted, Jelly Roll will be joining the cast as hospital orderly Noah. Sadly, that’s all we know about his role so far, but CBS will likely reveal more as we get closer to April.
Fans don’t even know how many episodes he’ll be in yet, but that hasn’t stopped them from getting excited.
“I love this show and adding Jelly Roll makes it even better!! How awesome!!” one replied on Instagram. “Omg can’t wait! Let’s go,” said another, with a third agreeing, “Oh wordddd I can’t wait love Jelly Roll now he’s on my favorite show.”
The singer has already appeared on shows including American Idol and Tulsa King, but has only ever starred as himself.
Fire Country Season 3 is airing weekly on CBS. In the meantime, read about if Charlie will ever come back, the full 2025 TV show release calendar, and new TV shows streaming this month.
