Hey everyone,
I just wanted to take a moment to sit down and really talk to all of you — my incredible fans. 💖 First off, I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for your support over the years. Being a part of Young Sheldon was more than just a job or a role — it was an experience that shaped me in ways I could never have imagined. Growing up on set, learning from such talented cast and crew, and connecting with all of you through this show has truly been one of the greatest gifts of my life.
Playing Mercy gave me so many unforgettable moments, and seeing how much you all connected with my character made everything even more special. I remember reading messages from fans saying how Mercy inspired them, made them laugh, or even helped them through a tough day — and honestly, that’s the reason I love what I do. It’s the idea that a character, a story, or even a single scene can reach someone and make a difference. That’s something I’ll carry with me forever.
Now, as I step into this next chapter, I feel a mix of excitement and nerves — which I think is normal when you’re pushing yourself to grow. I can finally share that I’m working on a new project that I’ve been dreaming about for a long time. It’s something completely different from what I’ve done before, and I can’t wait for you all to see it. Without giving too much away, I can tell you that this role is challenging, thrilling, and full of emotions I’ve never explored on screen before. It’s the kind of project that pushes me to be a better actor, a better storyteller, and most importantly, reminds me why I fell in love with acting in the first place.
I want you to know that every step I take in my career, I carry the lessons I’ve learned from Young Sheldon and from all of you — my fans. Your encouragement, your kind words, and your enthusiasm have been my anchor. Even on days when things feel overwhelming or uncertain, remembering that I have a community of people rooting for me makes all the difference. You’ve taught me the value of connection, the power of storytelling, and the importance of staying true to yourself, no matter where life takes you.
I also want to say thank you for being patient with me as I explore new roles. I know some of you might be surprised by this next project, and that’s part of the fun! Stepping out of your comfort zone is scary, but it’s also where the magic happens. And I hope that, as always, you’ll be there cheering me on, sharing in the excitement, and maybe even discovering something new about yourselves along the way.
So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for being here, for watching, for caring, and for sharing this journey with me. I hope that as we move forward, I can continue to make you proud, surprise you, and maybe even inspire you just like you’ve inspired me. The best part of all this is knowing that the journey isn’t just mine — it’s ours. And I truly can’t wait to show you what’s next.
With all my love,
Raegan Revord 💫
