‘FUN AND HOPEFUL’ NCIS: LOS ANGELES SERIES FINALE AHEAD, SHOWRUNNER SAYS

NCIS: LOS ANGELES showrunner R. Scott Gemmill is sharing a few details about what fans can expect from the show’s series finale.

The finale will be split into two parts, wrapping up its 14 seasons on the air.

Gemmill admitted that the show’s longevity has made it “more difficult” to come up with an ending that will satisfy fans.

“There’s so much expectation, and how do you live up to that?” he continued.

The showrunner went on to say that he worked on “a character-by-character basis” while putting the finale together and wanted to make sure the characters were in “a very good place in their lives.”
