It was pure entertainment to watch Carly (Wright) and Joss (McCoy) have it out like mother and daughter never have before. Joss and Carly have always had a close bond, but the WSB has changed their dynamic, and we are here for it if it means more powerhouse performances from McCoy and Wright.
Neither actress missed a beat as they defended their choices, which, let’s be honest, aren’t super defensible. However, Joss proved once again that she’s every bit her mother’s daughter, and both women dug their heels in.
McCoy and Wright have had excellent chemistry from the moment McCoy joined the ABS soap as a teen. A decade later, not only has McCoy become a powerhouse vet, but she can also hold her own with the best of the best on the show.
Wright has been delivering as Carly for over two decades, making the character her own. Seeing these two unbelievably talented women, filled with passion and on fire, as the mother and daughter face off, was a pure delight.
It was a year in the making, and these two women did not disappoint. In fact, they have social media buzzing with their epic performances in the heartbreaking scenes.
