Anna (Finola Hughes) tells Chase (Josh Swickard), “If anyone knows how to clean up evidence, it’s him.” Ronnie (Erika Slezak) bought the Quartermaines some time when she realized the error in the search warrant. Now, Anna’s probably worried that Jason (Steve Burton) will find the gun and dispose of it.
Jack (Chris McKenna) informs Josslyn (Eden McCoy), ”I have a very important assignment for you.” This assignment could be several things. Will she find herself in a dangerous situation again? Or will she have to help Jack pick out a birthday gift for her mother? Jack clearly hasn’t learned that giving Joss a “simple task” never ends simply.
Speaking of Joss’ mother, a panicky Carly (Laura Wright) says to Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), “If it’s me they’re looking at, I need to know,” while Curtis (Donnell Turner) tells Portia (Brook Kerr), “If I’m right, he no longer has any power over us.” He probably figures that since the police are looking at the Qs, they didn’t find Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) evidence against Portia.

And Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) says to someone, “Is that a threat?” In the preview, it looks like she’s talking to Jos,s who was already at the hospital. Britt’s agreed to keep Joss’ spy status a secret, but the young woman isn’t going to let the schemer push her around.
