A brand-new Ghosts season 4 trailer reveals the first proper look at Sam’s dad, played by Dean Norris. First announced during the show’s San Diego Comic-Con 2024 panel, the arrival of Frank is the show’s attempt to explore the other relationships that Sam and Jay have beyond their current dynamic with the spirits in the Woodstone Mansion. Not much is known about Norris’ Frank thus far, only that he has been an absentee father towards Sam, which will likely result in some awkward moments as they reunite in Ghosts season 4.

It reveals a fun conversation that turns creepy between Isaac and Patience, as well as Jay digging a hole in the yard while the spirits watch. Most interestingly, Norris’ Frank appears to be woken up by something scary, prompting him to scream in his bedroom at the Woodstone Mansion.
