How Dom Pascal Differs From Wallace Boden In Chicago Fire

Eammon Walker was the very first actor cast in One Chicago. For 12 seasons, he played the principled leader of Firehouse 51, so naturally, there will be some adjustment period for the team now that he is no longer there. Unlike the departures of Blake Gallo and Sylvie Brett in Chicago Fire season 12, Boden’s exit was announced just a few episodes before his farewell outing. Admittedly, it was a bit rushed, considering how important of a character he was in the show. In any case, at least his departure led to him climbing the Chicago Fire Department ladder.

Pascal’s leadership style is different from Boden’s, which could result in new issues in Chicago Fire season 13, given how set in their ways Kelly Severide and the rest of the battalion are.

Not much has been announced about Pascal at this point, but initial reports claim that he is a cheerful person who works well under pressure. That’s good news, considering that Firehouse 51 is no stranger to welcoming new personnel who end up creating conflict within the team. That being said, Pascal’s leadership style is different from Boden’s, which could result in new issues in Chicago Fire season 13, given how set in their ways Kelly Severide and the rest of the battalion are. In terms of his personal life, however, Pascal is estranged from his wife.

There is no doubt about Mulroney’s ability as an actor. Still, it is yet to be seen how he fits in with the rest of the Chicago Fire season 13 cast. The One Chicago series is best known for its ensemble, and since he’s replacing Boden, all eyes would be on how well he jells with his new co-workers.
