Chicago Fire is back after a long break. The good news is that we should have episodes each week now until the finale.
The new episode is going to be intense. We can already tell from the promo, which sees Severide and Kidd both in trouble on a call. Kidd is trapped in a car, while Severide is on the front of it as it falls out of a building. The question is how it got into the building in the first place.
Meanwhile, Cruz gets a personal storyline. You will not want to miss a beat of the new episode.

What to expect in Chicago Fire season 12, episode 10
The new episode will see Severide take charge of the whole situation. This one is a dangerous one. A car has gone through a building, but it’s not like the newspaper clippings that you see of drivers going through the windows or doors of a shop. This car is through the wall a few storeys up, and it’s not clear how that was even possible.
Kidd needs to get into the car to get the driver out since he’s trapped. However, the car rocks back and Severide can only jump on the car in the hope of saving his wife and the trapped patient in the car. As for the personal storyline, we see Cruz deal with someone from Javi’s past. Is it possible that this “someone” wants Javi back? Cruz is not going to want to give up Javi.
As all that goes on, Kidd has another situation to deal with. Her Girls on Fire program is at risk of being cut. She will do whatever she can to save that considering the good its done to get women into the fire service. Will we see Kylie join in to help?
“Severide steps in as ranking officer at 51; Kidd fights to save her Girls on Fire programme; Cruz’s family is threatened when someone from Javi’s past resurfaces.”
