Good news, Roseanne fans: David a.k.a. Johnny Galecki will officially be reuniting with the Connor family.

Whitney Cummings, who is executive producing ABC’s Roseanne reboot alongside Roseanne Barr, shared the news with her followers on Instagram on Nov. 30, posting a photo of a director’s chair with the Big Bang Theory actor’s name on it.

In August, ABC Entertainment president Channing Dungey shared that there were “ongoing” talks happening to bring Johnny back to reprise his role as the boyfriend of Darlene Connor, played by Sara Gilbert.

But when the first cast photo was released in October, many fans were dismayed to see that Johnny was nowhere to be seen.
