Jeremy Clarkson has issued an ‘important notice’ to Clarkson’s Farm fans who have been flocking to his shop from around the country and overseas following the release of season three of the show.
Diddly Squat farm shop has become a popular tourist attraction, with hundreds of visitors wanting to purchase Clarkson’s specialties, such as bee juice and Diddly Squat whisky.
Unfortunately, the turnout has been overwhelming for the shop staff, which prompted Clarkson to release an ‘important notice’ to his customers.
Plan your journey in advance
He posted on Diddly Squat farm shop social media: “The shop is very busy, and because of this we cannot guarantee that you will be able to get in.
“Please consider coming mid week if possible and plan your journey in advance.”
At the beginning of March, the shop reopened following a winter closure, however, shoppers could still order products online.
Bring Cotswolds to your home
Just before the release of season three of Clarkson’s Farm, Clarkson announced his latest collaboration with Amazon Fresh.
This means that fans of the farming show can now purchase Diddly Squat Farm Shop products via the website and in store.
Products available at Amazon Fresh include jams, chutneys, rapeseed oils, seasonings, juices, alcohol and merchandise from the well-known farm located in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.
While announcing the collaboration, Lisa Hogan said: “We are thrilled to bring a range full of Diddly Squat farm personality to Amazon Fresh customers – and I think people will love what they find.
“Anything you order really will bring a little bit of the Cotswolds to your home. My favourites, including a great range of rapeseed oils, our hand cut crisps and of course bee juice honey, really will bring a smile to your face.”
