Joan Vassos Shares Emotional Family Wedding Photos Amid Golden Bachelorette Buzz md18

Joan Vassos attended one of the most special days of her life: Her son’s wedding day.

Bachelor Nation fans assumed Golden Bachelorette alum Joan Vassos and her fiancé tied the knot in a secret ceremony. She dropped photos from a wedding that included “this incredible man.” Her son got married this month.

Best Day Of Her Life

Vassos is a proud mom. She dropped plenty of content from her son’s wedding on Instagram. Nicholas Vassos married the love of his life, Brooke. The ceremony took place at Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards.

Vassos had to hold onto this secret amid the rumors that she tied the knot to Chock Chapple. But finally, she was able to share all of it, including the shots of the location and the beautiful family.

“So many memories, starting with the day I became a mom to this sweet little boy. I now get to be the mom of this kind, smart, compassionate, driven, family-loving man who is now a husband to the love of his life,” Vassos wrote in the caption. “It’s been such a privilege to watch him evolve from my little baby to this incredible man. My heart is full!”

Also, in the post, Vassos tagged the photographer, venue, and glam squad. Fans took to the comments section to share congratulations. Most of them pointed out Chapple, who also attended. The couple has kept mum about their own future plans until recently. (Joan Vassos speaks out about secret wedding with Chock Chapple)

Why They Paused Wedding Plans

Vassos and Chopple paused their wedding plans to focus on both of her sons’ weddings. In a recent interview with Swooon, Chopple explained why they paused their own wedding plans. It’s been over a year since they got engaged on the season finale of The Golden Bachelorette.

“[Joan’s] oldest son was just married about three weeks ago. Joan, the whole time, and I respected this, she goes, ‘I’m not going to compete with my son. This is his and his wife’s time,” Chapple explained. “So that was on a Saturday. The following Friday, her youngest son got engaged.”

Vassos and Chapple aren’t in a rush because they don’t feel the pressure to “start a family” together. Elsewhere in the interview, Chapple teased that his fiancée has a “special project” coming up this fall. The two are still navigating their long-distance romance, which is “tough” at times. “I can’t say anything, the audience will just have to wait and see what she’s up to,” Chapple said.
