Justin Hartley’s Transformation: See the ‘Tracker’ Actor’s Then and Now Photos

Justin Hartley has had quite an impressive career, with starring roles in Smallville, This Is Us, Tracker and more. In between his acting work, the CBS star, who has gone through an amazing Hollywood transformation, is also a doting dad to his daughter.

“The proudest moment of my career is building Tracker from the ground up with [director] Ken Olin and having people believe in us enough to give us money to shoot it,” Justin reflected in a March 2025 interview with Us Weekly. “Seeing the response from the people that watch it, that love it, that’s it. You never think you’re gonna be able to do something like that, but it’s been remarkable.”

2003

One of Justin’s earliest acting credits was from when he portrayed Fox Crane on the soap opera Passions. The role lasted from 2002 to 2006. In 2004, Justin became a dad to daughter Isabella Justice Hartley, whom he welcomed with first wife Lindsay Korman.

2006

Justin starred in the TV movie Aquaman in 2006. Additionally, that same year, he began his arc on Smallville as Oliver Queen and his alter-ego, Green Arrow.

2008

In 2008, the Illinois native starred in the TV series Gemini Division.

2011

Smallville came to an end in 2011 after 10 seasons. He reflected on being part of the series for so long.

“It was [originally] four or six episodes, this arc they had written for me. And then he was to be gone,” Justin told Entertainment Weekly in March 2020. “Thankfully, the people that watched the show, they loved this character. He had a lot to say.”

One year later, Justin and Lindsay were officially divorced.

2014

Justin appeared in the TV series’ Revenge and Mistresses before landing a role on The Young and the Restless.

2016

His character arc on The Young and the Restless ended in 2016. Then, the opportunity of a lifetime came knocking. Justin landed the role of Kevin Pearson on the NBC hit drama series This Is Us.

Justin married his second wife, Chrishell Stause, in 2017.

Justin earned a Critics’ Choice Television Award nomination in 2018 for his work on This Is Us.

2019

This Is Us earned the Screen Actors Guild Award in 2019 for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.

Justin filed for divorce from Chrishell in 2019. Their divorce was finalized in 2021.

2021

It was announced that This Is Us would be ending with season 6 in 2022.

“When This Is Us wrapped, I was given a yearbook [showing moments from] throughout the years. It’s awesome because so much happened on that show, and you just forget. It’s all really great memories,” he told Us Weekly. “[Show creator] Dan Fogelman also gave me the painting that [my character] Kevin painted.”

Justin married his third wife, The Young and the Restless costar Sofia Pernas, in 2021.

Justin made his debut as Colter Shaw in Tracker in 2024. He also serves as an executive producer on the show.
