“My backyard,” she captioned a January 31 Instagram Story.

Kim Zolciak moves into a new home amid Kroy Biermann split
Kim moved into the Atlanta-area abode just months after she and Kroy Biermann sold their family’s mansion for $2.75 million. The move went down roughly two years after Kim and Kroy initiated their ongoing divorce.
The Don’t Be Tardy mom shed more light on her living situation in late 2025, insisting it was perfect for her and her children.
“I love my new home,” she told The Daily Dish. “All the kids have their own bathrooms and bedrooms, and we have a full basement. I just have so much s–t in there, and I haven’t really even unpacked all of it.”
Kim lives in the home with her 14-year-old son, Kroy Jagger “KJ” Biermann; 13-year-old son, Kash Biermann; and her 12-year-old twins, Kaia Biermann and Kane Biermann. (She also has two adult daughters, Brielle Biermann and Next Gen NYC’s Ariana Biermann, whom Kroy adopted in 2013.)
The RHOA alum said she was particularly fond of her “huge kitchen” and “great room,” which could accommodate all her kids and their friends; however, she confessed there was one downside to her new house.
“It’s kind of on the other side of town [from] my other home,” she said. “So, I do have to drive my kids to school and pick them up every day… That’s the only downfall. But other than that, I just absolutely love it. Yeah, I do.”
There’s no question that 2025 brought many exciting changes for the former Housewife. Not only did she get a new home, but the mother of six also began a relationship with a mystery man named Kyle. See what she had to say about her “great” new beau.
