NBC Rescues Two Shows After Brutal Cuts — Fall 2025 Lineup Revealed!

NBC has renewed two more shows after canceling five.

The television network announced its schedule for the first six weeks of the fall 2025 season on Monday, May 12, confirming the renewal of “The Hunting Party” and “Brilliant Minds” in the process. The news came just days after NBC canceled “Suits LA,” “Found,” “Night Court,” “The Irrational,” and “Lopez vs. Lopez.”

NBC previously announced the renewal of “The Voice,” “Chicago Med,” “Chicago Fire,” “Chicago P.D.,” “Law & Order,” “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” “Happy’s Place,” and “St. Denis Medical.”

“Happy’s Place” and “St. Denis Medical” aren’t on the current fall 2025 schedule, as they won’t return until November. Also missing from NBC’s first taste of its 2025-2026 schedule is the new Tracy Morgan comedy that the network just picked up.

In “The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins,” Morgan plays a disgraced former football player. The new comedy series, which was created by Morgan’s “30 Rock” costar Tina Fey, also stars Daniel Radcliffe. A release date has not yet been set for the show.

Another new NBC show, the reality series “On Brand With Jimmy Fallon,” is set to premiere in September. The show follows the late night talk show host as he starts a marketing agency “and fills it with the most creative, clever, and competitive go-getters he can find.”
