When fans move forward to episode 8 of “NCIS: Los Angeles” season 8, they will have to worry about the health of not one but two agents from now on.
In episode 8 titled “Parallel Resistors,” Kensi (Daniela Ruah) will get on with her “grueling” physical therapy for her spinal injury, which left her in coma for a while.
Ever since learning that she could be paralyzed, she shut down people who are trying to help her, even Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) and it appears that this will still be the case in “NCIS: LA” season 8 episode 8.
The previous episode saw Deeks attempt to make Kensi laugh and once again reaffirmed his commitment to their relationship for better or for worse by proposing to her, which she did not accept.
As Kensi continues to rehabilitate, which will take a while, Deeks shows he is in for the long run although his pals at work hope he takes it easy as well, especially with the kind of case at hand in “NCIS: LA” season 8 episode 8.
The team will have on their hands a case of international scope as it involves the attack of a graduate student, who was working on an electromagnetic weapon for the Navy.
As this goes on, Granger (Miguel Ferrer) give fans a lot more things to worry about in “NCIS: LA” season 8 episode 8 as he deals with an illness he got when he was exposed to Agent Orange during his mission in Laos.
It is a mystery how he will get out of this, but the previous episode suggests that he has accepted whatever the fate this will bring him.
It remains unclear if this will end up with Granger leaving the team, but things are not in his favor at the moment and with the extent of what he is dealing with, they may never be.
Losing Kensi or Granger in “NCIS: LA” season 8 will definitely be a huge blow to the show and an even larger shock to fans, but there is no way of knowing yet what’s in store for them so fans will have to wait for now.
