Every year, there are a lot of cast exits within the One Chicago universe (Chicago Med, Chicago P.D., and Chicago Fire.)
As of right now, there’s three stars from Chicago Fire, one from Chicago PD, and one from Chicago Med that are confirmed to be exiting. We hope there are no more announcements coming!
Dominic Rains, Chicago Med – Exited as Series Regular!
Dominic joined the cast of the NBC medical drama series back in season five and he appeared on the show as Dr. Crockett Marcel for five seasons.
Deadline revealed that Dominic will not be a series regular in season 10, but there’s a chance he could return as a guest star. It’s still unclear if he will make appearances or not in future episodes.
At the end of season nine, Crockett was devastated by the death of a young patient, whose liver transplant surgery was canceled due to an infection. When the boy died, his father took his own life. Crockett’s supervisor told him to take all the time he needs to recover from the trauma.
Eamonn Walker, Chicago Fire – Exited!
Eamonn Walker has been with the series from the beginning, but it has been confirmed that he’s exiting.
Deputy District Chief Wallace Boden is not being killed off and his character is expected to return at some point in a recurring capacity.
Tracy Spiridakos, Chicago PD – Exited!
Tracy Spiridakos announced her exit from the One Chicago universe.
Tracy portrayed Det. Hailey Upton on the show.
She joined the show in season four, and was upped to series regular in season five. Tracy has also appeared on Chicago Med and Chicago Fire.
Kara Killmer, Chicago Fire – Exited!
Kara Killmer officially exited Chicago Fire this year as well.
She first joined the show in the Season 3 premiere, and has been in 199 episodes across nine seasons.
Alberto Rosende, Chicago Fire – Exited!
Alberto Rosende left the show after four seasons, Deadline reported.
His departure is said to be “fully amicable.” He first debuted in Episode 2 of Season 2, and was originally a recurring star. He was upped to series regular in 2019.
