The marketing for Ghosts season 4 has been focused on the arrival of Patience, and understandably so, considering that the season 3 finale cliffhanger ended with Isaac getting abducted by his nemesis. Aside from that, other upcoming storylines have been teased at length, mainly arcs that involve Jay. That includes the introduction of his and Bela’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arondekar, as well as Jay himself finally seeing the spirits. Amid all of these big changes for other cast members, however, Frank’s introduction is an exciting step in Sam’s arc.
Norris’ introduction as Frank is one of the many things that I’m excited about in Ghosts season 4. Admittedly, this particular plot point has not been truly focused on, considering everything else that is expected to happen in the upcoming year. That said, the CBS comedy mustn’t forget to develop Sam’s character arc separate from her relationship with Jay and the spirits.
Norris will only be a guest star as Frank in Ghosts season 4, but hopefully, this is not a one-time appearance, just like the show did with Rachael Harris’ Sheryl. Since he’s alive when he visits his daughter, it’s best that he doesn’t join the spirits of Woodstone Mansion and also pass away in the manor
