Showrunner Tia Napolitano has now confirmed that Freddy will appear in at least two episodes in Season 4, where he and Bode face a major disagreement over rehabilitation work.
Rebecca, on the other hand, returns in a legal subplot connected to Bode’s parole hearing. According to insiders, she will represent an inmate facing similar charges and force Bode to reckon with his own past privileges in the system.
As for Cara, her arc will touch on coparenting struggles, now that her daughter is older. It’s unclear whether Bode is involved, but her appearance in Edgewater will stir personal history and possibly tension with Eve or Gabriela (if the latter returns for a cameo).
