After a shortened year due to the dual Hollywood strikes of 2023, Ghosts season 4 will return to its usual 20+ episode output, which means that the show will have enough time to tackle all kinds of storylines in its upcoming year. Jay will particularly have big things ahead, as he is set to finally see the spirits just like his wife. Besides that, Ghosts season 4 will also introduce his and Bela’s parents. These are great developments, but before this new comment from Port, there was curiosity about what all these meant for his relationship with Sam.

Having marital issues is usually not fun to have in a comedy. In Ghosts season 4, however, it offers something new to the viewers, which makes it interesting. Learning that they will face more serious issues moving forward is great because, depending on how Ghosts tackles the narrative, it can only strengthen their dynamic moving forward.
