“SEAL Team” Officially Returns for Season 7: The Battle Continues for Bravo Team

After months of anticipation and speculation, CBS and Paramount+ have officially confirmed that SEAL Team will return for a seventh season, marking the next chapter in the dramatic journey of Bravo Team – one of the United States Navy’s most elite special operations teams. The series, starring David Boreanaz as Jason Hayes, has continued to receive love from fans around the world since its debut in 2017.

New Season – New Challenge
SEAL Team season 7 is expected to delve deeper into the psychological and physical consequences that Bravo Team members face after multiple life-and-death missions. Jason Hayes (David Boreanaz), Clay Spenser (Max Thieriot) and their teammates will not only face new threats on the battlefield, but also a growing internal battle – PTSD, loss and family pressures.

Last season, viewers witnessed the emotional departure of one of the main characters, which raised the question of whether Bravo Team will still have the fighting spirit in the new season.

Returning Main Cast
David Boreanaz has been confirmed to reprise his role as Jason Hayes and will also serve as an executive producer. Neil Brown Jr. (Ray Perry), AJ Buckley (Sonny Quinn) and Toni Trucks (Lisa Davis) have also been confirmed to return. While Max Thieriot is currently busy with his own series Fire Country, it is unclear whether he will return as a guest star.

The Future of SEAL Team
While many military series have been canceled after a few seasons, SEAL Team has stood out for its realistic portrayal of soldier life and the effects of war. The move from CBS to Paramount+ has allowed the series to expand its storytelling space—bringing in more action-packed scenes and deeper psychological content.
