Will there be a Season 7?

Yes! Paramount+ renewed the series for a seventh season in January 2023. Then, in November 2023, the streaming service announced that the series would end with the upcoming seventh season.

“It has been an honor to tell stories over seven seasons that celebrate the courage and heroism of all who serve our country,” executive producers Spencer Hudnut and Christopher Chulack said at the time. “We are incredibly grateful to our incredibly talented cast, writers, directors, and crew, especially the hundreds of veterans who have worked on this show. We want to thank CBS Studios, Paramount+, and CBS for their partnership and support over the years, and we sincerely thank the fans who have joined Bravo Team week after week and season after season. While we look forward to being able to continue to highlight areas where we can do better for our service members even after season seven concludes, we hope that the SEAL Team community will continue to fight to protect those who protect us.”

Boreanaz, who also serves as an executive producer, added: “For six seasons, I have been so lucky and blessed to be a part of such an incredible cast and crew. Every day is a thank you to the men and women of the military and Special Forces. Drew is a smooth talker who exploits every angle to his advantage and delights in the mystery and gossip surrounding him.

Deadline also reports that Dylan Walsh will return as Captain Walch, who has just been appointed Commander of DEVGRU. He is serious but also politically minded and may be clouded by his own ambition when deciding what to do with Bravo Team.

Ray Perry (Brown Jr.), his trusted second in command, questions whether he will be able to leave the battlefield behind as his retirement nears. Dedicated door-kicker Sonny Quinn (Buckley) battles against changing tides as Jason and Ray’s shifting focus means that other teammates must shoulder more responsibility.

Both Omar Hamza (Barsoumian) and Drew Franklin (Knapp) find diving into work an effective way to distance themselves from their past traumas. Vital to mission success is Lieutenant Lisa Davis (Trucks), a no-nonsense officer who ushers the team into a new era of warfare against powerful rivals for supremacy on the world stage. Ripped away from their loved ones at a moment’s notice to be deployed across the globe, Bravo team remains dedicated to their duties. Even in the face of overwhelming odds, they know this is the price to keep the families they left behind safe.”
