Simon Cowell is embracing a more natural look after admitting he overdid it with facial fillers. In a recent interview with The Sun, the 62-year-old reflected on his appearance, stating he felt he looked “like something out of a horror film.”
Cowell shared that he was prompted to stop using fillers after his 8-year-old son Eric, whom he shares with fiancée Lauren Silverman, reacted with “hysterics” upon noticing the changes in his father’s face. “Enough was enough,” Simon declared, confirming that there is now “zero” filler in his face.
The America’s Got Talent judge explained that while cosmetic procedures are common in Hollywood, he now prefers to focus on maintaining his appearance through a healthier lifestyle. “A lot of it comes down to healthy eating and drinking tons of water,” he noted.
Reflecting on his journey, Cowell remarked, “The only good thing about getting older is the experience you gain—it’s not just about the things you did well, but also the things you didn’t.”
Previously, Cowell has been open about his past cosmetic endeavors, including Botox and unconventional treatments like being wrapped in cling film and tin foil for detoxing and even trying a sheep placenta facial. However, he seems to be turning over a new leaf by prioritizing natural beauty over extreme measures.
