The media mogul acknowledged the trend of cosmetic procedures in Hollywood but emphasized a shift towards a healthier lifestyle. “For me now, a lot of it comes down to healthy eating and drinking tons of water,” he explained. Cowell also noted the importance of learning from past experiences, saying, “The only good thing of getting older is you have a lot of experience.”

Reflecting on his past attempts to maintain his looks, Cowell shared some humorous anecdotes, including being wrapped in cling film and tin foil for detox treatments, and even trying a sheep placenta facial. “I was a sucker for reading about something out there and believing it would work,” he admitted.
