Someone is getting fired in Chicago Fire season 13, episode 3 (Preview)

Chief Dom Pascal is firing someone in Chicago Fire season 13, episode 3. Who could it be? Let’s take a look at what to expect in the new episode.

There is a career on the line in Chicago Fire season 13, episode 3. Someone is getting fired.

The promo makes it clear that Chief Dom Pascal isn’t happy with someone. He’s relieving someone from their duties at Firehouse 51, but it’s not clear who that is. There are a few people who could end up fired, and there are two we hope not to see go.

Who lied to Chief Pascal in Chicago Fire season 13, episode 3

The promo focuses on someone lying to the new Chief. That’s something that he can’t abide by, and it makes sense. Someone who lies to keep their job could put a lot of people in trouble. What else could that person lie about?

The problem is that there is already someone who lied to him, and that has us worried. Severide had a chance to tell Pascal that Damon was his half-brother. While Severide made it clear that he could work with his wife, he didn’t admit to his brother causing a potential problem.

That has to come up now. Severide realizes that he can’t work with Damon. One of them will have to transfer to another firehouse, and the obvious choice is Damon. He doesn’t have an established position there. However, will Pascal think that Severide’s lies are enough to see him moved elsewhere?

If I’m honest, the promo makes it look like Damon is the one being fired. This could be due to lies he’s already told and maybe he tells a lie in this new episode.

However, Kidd’s job is also on the line. In the synopsis, we find out that Pascal is going to question Kidd’s leadership skills. That’s already come up, especially with the turnover on Truck. Can Kidd prove herself, or is she going to find herself moved elsewhere? And what is it that Pascal has against Kidd?

Meanwhile, we’ll get to see Severide working with OFI again. If Severide had to move somewhere else, he would have OFI. That has become a passion for him now that he’s willing to accept who he is and what he’s capable of.

Take a look at the promo and synopsis for Chicago Fire season 13, episode 3:

“Severide and Van Meter investigate a fire at a family-owned restaurant; Pascal questions Kidd’s leadership.”

The images give us a look at a call in Chicago Fire season 13, episode 3

There are a few images released to give us an insight into the episode. It looks like these images set up the OFI storyline. There’s a fire at a family-owned restaurant. A fire at a restaurant is often an insurance fraud thing, and that’s sure to be what OFI is looking into. Was it arson, or an accident?
