Susan Noles Calls Reality TV a “Blessing” After Life-Changing Golden Bachelor Journey md18

Feeling grateful.

Bachelor Nation got to know and love Susan Noles on Season 1 of “The Golden Bachelor.”

Susan has kept fans updated with her life on social media and on the “Bachelor Happy Hour: Golden Hour” podcast that she co-hosts with BFF Kathy Swarts.

Since her time on the show, Susan has quickly become a fan favorite and loves sharing about the wonderful opportunities she’s been able to experience.

Now, the Bachelor Nation star is discussing how being on reality tv has affected her life and why it’s been a “blessing.”

In a new post on Instagram, Susan is seen participating in a game alongside other reality tv stars where they walk to one side of a room versus the other depending on their answer to a question prompt.

The question asked was, “Reality TV fame feels more like a curse than a blessing” and Susan answered that it has been a blessing.

She said, “It’s a blessing. I’ve been asked many times, ‘What did this do for you?’ For me, I was a star the day I was born. Going on to the show, I thought I loved myself. Coming off of the show, I knew I loved who I am.”

Susan Noles Discusses Why Being on Reality TV Has Been a 'Blessing' in Her Life

Susan continued, revealing why she is so grateful to have gone on “The Golden Bachelor.”

She said, “Being there for other women and listening to other women’s stories and watching them cry and holding them in my arms. And like I said, I have a lot of empathy. And I feel other people’s struggles and pain and I wanna make them feel better. That’s who I am. And coming off the show, I know I’m exactly who I’m supposed to be… I was always told, ‘You need to put your guard up Susan.’ I don’t know how to do that, I really don’t. I’m very vulnerable, I’m full of love, all heart. Don’t build it so strong for you, let some people in.”

Followers filled the comments of the video with their love for Susan, including former Bachelorette Rachel Recchia who wrote, “We love Susan 💕.”

We always love hearing from Susan and seeing her shine. We love our Bachelor Nation stars!
