It’s hard to believe that it’s been 13 years since we first suited up at Firehouse 51. What started back in 2012 as a story about firefighters, paramedics, and the brave people behind the badge has turned into something far greater — a brotherhood, a second family, and a home for millions of fans around the world. I’m beyond grateful to be part of this incredible journey.
From the very first scene we shot — the engines roaring, the flames rising, and that adrenaline rush — I knew this show had something special. I’ve been lucky enough to step into the boots of Kelly Severide for over a decade now, and every season, every episode, every call has meant something. But more than anything, it’s the people behind the scenes and the fans who’ve made this ride unforgettable.
I’ve made lifelong friends on this set — not just castmates, but family. We’ve celebrated milestones, supported each other through tough times, and shared more laughs than I can count.
