Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) has been crystal clear about where she stands when it comes to her grandkids. Sure, she knows Chad is their father—but she also knows she doesn’t want those kids anywhere near Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord).
And since Cat doesn’t seem to be packing her bags or leaving Salem anytime soon, Jennifer’s decided the only real solution is to take the kids back to Boston with her.
Of course, Chad’s not about to let that happen… at least not without a fight. But Jennifer’s digging in her heels, too. In this episode, she gets brutally honest with Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes), and we can only assume she’ll soon open up about her plan to go toe-to-toe with Chad.

Meanwhile, Roman (Josh Taylor) ropes Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) into a trivia game—because hey, it is Thanksgiving in Salem. What’s the holiday without a little competitive spirit to go with the turkey?

Elsewhere, Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) and Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) step out on a date. Love is definitely in the air for these two; they’ve been inching closer and closer, and things are starting to look pretty promising. But… Gabi’s hanging onto a secret, and when that bomb eventually drops, it could do some serious damage.
Xander Interrupts

Sarah’s been in the hospital after suffering an allergic reaction, thanks to a pistachio mishap, of all things, and Brady’s been by her side, especially since the whole incident traces back to his daughter. But just as things get a little closer, in barges Xander.
