‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Stars Send Messages to ‘Absolute Warrior’ Lisa Yamada After Exit as Luna Y01

The Bold and the Beautiful’s Lisa Yamada has wrapped up her run as Luna on the CBS soap, at least for now.

Spoiler alert: Luna supposedly died again after being hit by a car while she was trying to evade going back to prison. As Parade reported, The Bold and the Beautiful fans have thoughts on the character’s demise since it happened off-screen.

Lisa Yamada Breaks Silence on The Bold and the Beautiful Exit

Yamada broke her silence to confirm that she has finished filming at the CBS soap. The actress took to Instagram to share a carousel of photos from the time wreaking havoc as Luna on The Bold and the Beautiful.

She posted several behind-the-scenes photos, including one from her historic Daytime Emmy win in October.

“so many tears shed, blood spilled, friendships formed, and memories made on @boldandbeautifulcbs. what a ride it’s been! hope you enjoyed the adventures <3 #LUNAtic4ever,” read the caption on her social media share.

The Bold and the Beautiful Stars Gush Over Lisa Yamada

Yamada’s former co-stars flooded her comments section to gush over the talented actress.

Annika Noelle (Hope) kicked things off by writing, “She’s an icon, she’s a legend, and she is the moment 🤍 Missing you already superstar, we still have to do a tiktok together! Come back and kidnap Hope anytime. ✨.”

Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy) declared, “Proud of you Rockstar !🤍 exciting time! Many more incredible adventures around the corner. Enjoy tha riiiddee 🤍 💫.”

“You’re an absolute warrior!!! To carry story the you way did, and command the screen is nothing short of amazing. To play the innocent ingenue, then the evil villain, to the broken character that just wants to be loved….. Chefs Kiss!! You’re amazing! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️,” expressed Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter).

Laneya Grace (Electra) wants Yamada back, saying, “come home the kids miss you 💔.”

Yamada’s real-life best friend, Christian Weissmann (Remy), joked about not being in any of her pictures. “cool so where am I,” he wondered.

“Wish I could have done more with you girl! They threw so much at you…so many words, so much emotion and you rocked it all. 👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️,” said Rebecca Budig (Taylor).

The Bold and the Beautiful executive producer Casey Kasprzyk expressed his gratitude to the amazing Yamada. “Lisa, it’s not easy to create a soap villain that leaves such a lasting impact, but you truly elevated #BoldandBeautiful, making the audience love to hate Luna while appreciating your incredible acting talents. Thank you for everything,” he wrote.

There’s so much love for Yamada as she exits The Bold and the Beautiful. Next up for the actress is starring in the Legally Blonde prequel series, Elle, as Amber, which was filmed this summer.

Considering the way Luna died, there’s a glimmer of hope that Yamada will return in the future—and she wouldn’t be the first character to deliver that surprise twist.

Remember Tanner Novlan (Finn) and Kimberlin Brown‘s (Sheila) exits were also confirmed, only to have them back on the show in a couple of months.
