During a 2021 appearance on Jimmy Kimmel, Highmore confirmed that he had officially tied the knot.

What has not changed, however, is that since the two got married several years ago, Highmore does not talk about his private life, nor does he post about it on social media. As such, fans know just as much now about Munz as they did in 2021 when Highmore announced he had gotten married.
With projects like The Good Doctor under his belt, Freddie Highmore isn’t the sort of actor who would find it easy to stay out of the spotlight. His millions of fans are eager to follow his every move and the press is constantly prying into his business.
Somehow, though, against all the odds, the actor has managed to keep a relatively low profile when it comes to protecting his relationship. Many fans didn’t even know the actor was seeing anyone, much less married.

But Parade has confirmed that Munz is a British woman who is reportedly working in the field of web design. An Instagram account known as @FreddieHighmoresGirl has shared photos of the couple, including those that suggest that Highmore attended Cambridge University with Munz.
It is believed Munz “took theology and religious studies” at Cambridge but now works as a junior web developer.
The publication reveals that the account first started posting pictures of the couple back in 2018. That year, Highmore and Munz attended the Golden Globes together.
Where Did Freddie Highmore Meet Klarissa Munz?
Parade reports that Munz and Highmore may have met at Cambridge University, where they both studied. Highmore attended the prestigious university’s Emmanuel College between 2010 and 2014. There, Highmore earned his first-double degree in Arabic and Spanish.
During the time that Highmore was studying at university, he also interned at Gulf Bank in Kuwait in 2012 and filmed the first two seasons of Bates Motel. While filming those first two seasons, he also took a year abroad and worked at a law firm in Madrid.
Highmore reportedly met Munz “when he was starring on A&E’s Bates Motel (via Parade).” However, this likely refers to the fact that they met between 2012 and 2013 while they were both at university, rather than on set.
