The completely nude scene of the character Cersei Lannister in the movie Game of Thrones 5 will still be recorded and broadcast.
Last week, the filming of season 5 of Game of Thrones ran into trouble because the local church in Dubrovnik, Croatia banned actress Lena Headey from filming nude on the street and in the church.
The video that needed to be filmed was heavily criticized because it showed actress Lena Headey walking naked from the street into St. Nicolas Church.
On September 3, St. Nicolas Church allowed filming of this scene as long as the scene was not filmed in the church. Accordingly, the film crew will film outside the city and set up a fake church as the backdrop.
The reason why this scene named Walk of Shame was given the green light and not cut out is because the producers insisted it was important to the plot line.
Earlier this year, actress Lena soon opened up about this scene. The 40-year-old star revealed to Blastr that she was unable to convince producers to let her character wear full clothes while filming.
