Nathan Fillion and Niecy Nash have been busy boosting their fan base – and their bank accounts – with their roles on ABC’s The Rookie and its spinoff The Rookie: Feds.
But when it comes to their net worths, they’re surprisingly different. According to Celebritynetworth.com Nathan has bolstered an impressive $20 million fortune from his decades-long career in both acting and producing.
While Niecy’s net worth is nothing to be sniffed at, it’s significantly less than her The Rookie counterpart, which is surprising given her decorated career.
Niecy’s is estimated at $4 million and Celebrity Net Worth says the 53-year-old’s millions are from her work as an actress, comedian, and host.
She’s had roles in numerous sitcoms, from Reno 911 to That’s So Raven, and The Bernie Mac Show too.
Most recently, Niecy’s performance in Dahmer — Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story earned her nominations for a Golden Globe, Emmy and Critics Choice Award.
Meanwhile, Nathan, 52, has had his own slew of successful roles over the years and until joining The Rookie in 2017, he was probably most famous for starring as Richard Castle on the ABC series Castle.
Nathan is reportedly being paid $100,000 per episode of The Rookie and both he and Niecy are executive producers on Feds. There was recently some exciting news on the future of the show as it was renewed for a sixth season – The Rookie: Feds is currently airing its first.
The Twitter post read: “It’s official: #TheRookie will return for Season 6!!!”Fans were quick to express their excitement in the comments section, with one person writing: “So relieved. We need more,” while another added: “Fantastic news. Congrats to all the cast, crew, production staff/writers, and TheRookie fans.”
A third fan tweeted: “Congratulations to all @therookie cast and crew. The best news!”
While fans will be glad to hear of the show’s season six renewal, they are now waiting on ABC to reveal whether the spin-off drama, The Rookie: Feds, will also return.
