AFV is the longest-running unscripted show on the network and it will enter its 36th season in the fall.
AFV offers weekly cash prizes to the funniest or most unique videos submitted by families from across the nation. In its 34 seasons and more than 700 episodes to date, AFV has given away over $18 million in prize money and evaluated over 2 million video clips from home viewers.
Alfonso Ribeiro is the current host of the show, which airs on Sundays at 7pm.
Dancing with the Stars – Renewed!

DWTS is back!
The hit, long-running ABC dance competition series will return later this year in the Fall and the first celebrity competing has been revealed. Following in his sister’s dance steps, Robert Irwin has been tapped as the first star announced!
Robert has some big shoes to fill as his older sister Bindi competed in season 21 with her dance partner Derek Hough, who is now a judge. Bindi and Derek won their season!
Golden Bachelor – Renewed!

The Golden Bachelor was officially renewed for season 2! Former NFL player Mel Owns was also announced as the new lead!
Mel is a 66-year-old former football player who played with the Los Angeles Rams for nine years as a linebacker. He retired in 1991 after an injury and transitioned into a law career.
Here’s his official bio: “Born and raised in a close-knit Midwestern family in Detroit, Owens’ athleticism shone through from an early age. After graduating from the University of Michigan, he was selected as the ninth overall pick in the 1981 NFL Draft by the L.A. Rams. Following his retirement from football, Owens transitioned into a career in law and moved to Orange County, California, dedicating himself to helping others, particularly those seeking justice for sports-related injuries. It was during this time that he met his first love, and together they had two sons. While life took an unexpected turn with the passing of his father and the end of his marriage, Owens channeled his energy into being the best father he could be, focusing on raising his sons and coaching their extracurricular sports teams.
Will Trent – Renewed!

Will Trent is returning for another season! ABC announced that the series will get a fourth season, though a debut date has not been confirmed. Season 3 was pushed to a midseason premiere, so it’s unclear if that will be the plan going forward with Will Trent.
Here’s the show’s logline: Special Agent Will Trent of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) was abandoned at birth and endured a harsh coming-of-age in Atlanta’s overwhelmed foster care system. Now, Will uses his unique point of view in the pursuit of justice and has the highest clearance rate in the GBI.
The Rookie – Renewed!

The Rookie has been renewed for season 8! Like Will Trent, The Rookie was also held its season 7 debut until midseason, so it’s unclear if it will debut in the Fall of 2025 or January 2026.
Here’s the show’s synopsis: John Nolan, once the oldest rookie in the LAPD, has used his life experience, determination and sense of humor to keep up with rookies 20 years his junior. Now recovering from a gunshot wound and feeling the effects of his age, John and the team welcome two new rookies and continue the hunt for two dangerous escaped prisoners who have very personal vendettas.
Grey’s Anatomy – Renewed!

Season 22 of Grey’s Anatomy is coming soon! The show was greenlit for new episodes, and based on past release schedules, fans are assuming they’ll come out beginning in the fall of 2025.
Here’s the show’s logline: The high-intensity medical drama, now in its 21st season, follows a team of doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial who are faced with life-or-death decisions on a daily basis. They seek comfort from one another and, at times, more than just friendship. Together, they discover that neither medicine nor relationships can be defined in black and white.
9-1-1 – Renewed!

9-1-1 will return with new episodes! Season 9 will likely debut in the fall.
The series explores the high-pressure experiences of first responders — including police officers, firefighters and dispatchers — who are thrust into the most frightening, shocking and heart-stopping conditions. These emergency responders must try to balance saving those who are at their most vulnerable with solving the problems in their own lives. The show draws from the real lives of first responders who regularly face situations that are often unpredictable, intense and uplifting at the same time.
Shifting Gears – Renewed!

Tim Allen‘s Shifting Gears is returning for a second season at ABC! The new comedy debuted with a shortened first season earlier this year.
The show follows Matt, the stubborn, widowed owner of a classic car restoration shop. When his estranged daughter, Riley, and her kids move into his house, the real restoration begins.
Abbott Elementary – Renewed!

Hit comedy Abbott Elementary will be getting a fifth season on ABC!

Bachelor in Paradise has been renewed for another season at ABC and it will officially debut on Monday (July 7)!

The Conners – Ended
The Conners came to an end in 2025.

Lucky 13 – Canceled
Shaquille O’Neal and Gina Rodriguez‘s game show, Lucky 13, has been canceled and won’t air in 2025.
The game show saw them asking contestants 13 true-or-false trivia questions.
