The Yellowstone spin-off show that is focused on Beth and Rip has received a big update.
Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser will reprise their respective roles as Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler in a new Yellowstone spin-off series. The show is expected to remain in the same present-day timeline and comes from executive producer Taylor Sheridan.
What do we know about the new Yellowstone spin-off?
Per Deadline, the Yellowstone spin-off series focused on Beth and Rip has been officially titled The Dutton Ranch.
âThe Dutton Ranch, home to Beth Dutton (Reilly) and Rip Wheeler (Hauser), is a testament to the peace they sought, fought for, and nearly died for, as theyâve come to cherish their 7,000-acre land,â the publicationâs description of the new series reads. âWith tough times and stiff competition, Beth and Rip do what they must to survive, all while ensuring Carter (Finn Little) becomes the man heâs supposed to be.â
Additionally, Annette Bening has joined the cast and will be playing Beulah Jackson, the âpowerful, cunning, and charming head of a major ranch in Texas.â
Bening recently received a Best Actress Academy Award nomination for her performance in 2023âs Nyad. Her filmography also includes 1990âs The Grifters, 1996âs Mars Attacks!, 1999âs American Beauty, 2004âs Being Julia, 2010âs The Kids Are All Right, 2016âs 20th Century Women, 2019âs Captain Marvel, 2022âs Death on the Nile, and more. Sheâll soon be seen starring alongside Anya Taylor-Joy in a new Apple TV+ show called Lucky.
David C. Glasser, John Linson, Art Linson, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Michael Friedman, Chad Feehan, Christina Voros, Kelly Reilly, Cole Hauser, and Keith Cox serve as executive producers alongside Sheridan on The Dutton Ranch, which comes from Paramount Television Studios and 101 Studios.
A premiere date for The Dutton Ranch Yellowstone spin-off has not yet been announced.
