Before Gordon Ramsay was a celebrity chef called in to whip failed restaurant owners into shape or judge a new generation of cooks, Ramsay was just a chef.
In his decades-long career, the Kitchen Nightmares host has operated dozens of restaurants across the globe. While some haven’t stood the test of time, others have been lauded by critics, earning some of the world’s highest distinctions.
Ramsay has many different concepts for bars and restaurants in his empire of eateries. Here’s all the restaurants Gordon Ramsay owns and where you can find them.
Restaurant Gordon Ramsay
The celebrity chef’s namesake establishment, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, was his first dive into being a restaurateur. In 1998, Ramsay opened the fine dining institution in the Chelsea neighborhood of London. In 2001, the eatery earned three Michelin stars just three years after opening, and it remains the only restaurant Ramsay operates to receive and retain this distinction.
Hell’s Kitchen
Transport yourself into the world of Ramsay’s hit competition show Hell’s Kitchen with restaurants inspired by the dueling kitchens from the program. Serving up favorites like the British chef’s beef Wellington, seared scallops or lobster risotto, customers can immerse themselves in the high-stakes kitchen across the country in Atlantic City, New Jersey; Mashantucket, Conn.; Lake Tahoe, Nev.; Las Vegas; Valley Center, Calif.; and Washington D.C. Ramsay’s website also teases a new location in Miami that is “coming soon.” Hell’s Kitchen also has a location in Dubai, U.A.E.
Gordon Ramsay Burger
The first Gordon Ramsay Burger opened in Las Vegas at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Now, the chef’s gone global with his upscale burger restaurant. Ramsay has additional restaurants in Boston and Chicago with a new location coming to Vancouver in the fall of 2023. In addition to the North American locations, Ramsay has two of these restaurants in South Korea, one in London and one in Doha, Qatar.
Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay
Gordon Ramsay’s one-Michelin star restaurant opened in the Knightsbridge neighborhood of London in 1999. These days, the acclaimed eatery offers a variety of tasting menus as well as a la carte options for an approachable offering of Ramsay’s fine dining finesse.
Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chips
Ramsay brings the iconic British dish stateside with his fish and chips shops. “Fish and chips is a really important dish to me,” the celebrity chef writes, on his website. With locations in Orlando, New York City, Las Vegas and Washington D.C., fans across the country can try out the place “my mum is most proud of.”
Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill
Gordon Ramsay’s casual eatery serves British pub favorites in two U.S. cities: Atlantic City, New Jersey and Las Vegas. Favorite dishes in the United Kingdom, like Shepherd’s Pie, Chicken Tikka Masala and Sticky Toffee Pudding, grace the menu.
Gordon Ramsay Steak
Ramsay’s interpretation of a classic steakhouse serves familiar dishes like Caesar salad and beef tartare. Lamb, veal and fish are available to order, but the star of the show are dry-aged cuts of beef. The celebrity chef’s steakhouses have locations in Atlantic City, New Jersey; Baltimore, Maryland; Kansas City, Missouri; Las Vegas; and Elizabeth, Ind. In 2024, a new location will open in Vancouver.
Ramsay’s Kitchen
The celebrity chef focused on comforting classics when putting together the menus for these restaurants. Whether he’s offering a tasting of his most famous dishes in Las Vegas, or serving up pasta and sandwiches in the Boston or Chicago locations, the chef serves food that’s affordable and elevated to his exacting standards. A fourth of location of Ramsay’s kitchen is set to open in Fall 2023 in Oklahoma City.

In Cherokee, North Carolina at the Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort, Ramsay has a food hall serving up seven different concepts in one place. Street Burger and Street Pizza appear stateside in the Gordon Ramsay Food Market alongside a Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips, Gordon Ramsay Catch Café, Gordon Ramsay Bake & Brew, Gordon Ramsay Truffles Pub and Gordon Ramsay Sushi allowing the celebrity chef to have something for everyone at any hour of the day.
Restaurant 1890 by Gordon Ramsay
Located in the Savoy Hotel in London alongside two of Ramsay’s other restaurants, is Restaurant 1890 by Gordon Ramsay. The luxe restaurant serves different tasting menus for lunch and dinner to highlight traditional French cuisine.
Savoy Grill
Offering a luxurious menu featuring caviar, sweetbreads and a duck liver parfait, Savoy Grill in the Savoy Hotel in London offers a la carte options that are perfect for snacking. Diners seeking a full meal from the celebrity chef’s restaurant can opt-in for a tasting menu that features Ramsay’s famous beef Wellington.
The River Restaurant by Gordon Ramsay
Ramsay’s most approachable restaurant located in the Savoy Hotel in London offers a full range of dishes like lobster, steak and a Sunday roast special until the late afternoon that includes the choice of chicken or beef served alongside fat-roasted potatoes, glazed carrots, green beans, cauliflower cheese and Yorkshire pudding.
Lucky Cat
Gordon Ramsay serves his interpretation of Asian cuisine at two different locations in London and Manchester, England. Sushi makes the menu as well as different kinds of dumplings and tempura. For the main event the celebrity chef offers grilled miso salmon, smoked lamb shoulder larb and even an A5 Wagyu sirloin.
Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill
Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill kind of serves it all. From oysters and sushi to beef tartare, pasta, steak and wings, one thing is certain, everybody will be able to find something they want. The Celebrity chef has two locations in London and one in the Sunway City Kuala Lumpur resort in Malaysia.
Bread Street Kitchen and Bar
With five locations in London, and additional spots Liverpool, England; Edinburgh, Scotland; Dubai, U.A.E.; China, and Singapore the British-chef takes his recipes to the global stage.
Heddon Street Kitchen
The classic pub serves a variety of favorites like burrata, caesar salad, shrimp cocktail, and burgers. Kids eat free all day every day at the celebrity chef’s London-based restaurant.
York and Albany
Gordon Ramsay brings together a hotel, bar and restaurant at this London destination. Guests can get a taste of the celebrity chef’s hospitality staying in the suites or dining at the restaurant located in the hotel.
Le Pressoir D’Argent Gordon Ramsay
Ramsay’s two-Michelin star restaurant situated in the Bordeaux region of France owns one of six lobster presses made by the Christolfe silverware company. The rare piece of equipment is wheeled from table to table to serve the restaurant’s signature dish, a flambéed lobster with a lobster sauce, potatoes and caviar.
Street Burger
Offering 11 different types of burgers, Gordon Ramsay’s casual burger place spotlights the American classic. With wings, salads and fries on the menu, getting a full meal is a no brainer at one of the celebrity chef’s restaurants, which has one location in Reading, England, another in Woking, England, and six spots in London.
Street Pizza
There’s nothing more casual than stopping by a slice shop. Ramsay’s pizza parlor has three locations in London and one in Edinburgh, Scotland. He’s even expanded the store to locales like Seoul, South Korea; Dubai, U.A.E; and Doha, Qatar, to serve up pizza and wings worldwide.
Au Trianon
Located in the heart of Versaille, France, Ramsay’s one-Michelin star restaurant reflects the opulence of the palace within the commune. Ramsay serves traditional French ingredients with a global twist like duck confit ravioli, frog and chips; and morels in vin jaune with suckling pig.
