Lauren Silverman is a New York socialite who shot to global fame in 2013 when details of her affair with Britain’s Got Talent judge Simon Cowell broke.
She was married to one of his good friends, Andrew Silverman, at the time.
Andrew introduced Simon to his wife in Barbados in 2006.
After the initial meeting, Lauren and Andrew would often holiday together with Simon.

Real estate mogul Andrew filed for divorce when Lauren’s pregnancy with Simon’s child was revealed.
Simon was mentioned in the divorce papers, which were submitted on the grounds of adultery.
Their child, Eric, was born in 2014.
The Sun previously reported that Lauren had a bust-up with Simon’s fellow Britain’s Got Talent judge, Alesha Dixon, over her belief that the two had grown too close.
This followed Lauren’s explosive allegations that the Spice Girls’ Mel B had an affair with Simon.

In 2024, the couple were pictured in rare photos celebrating Easter with their children and other family members.

The Sun revealed that Simon got down on one knee during the couple’s 2021 holiday in Barbados.
Romantic Simon popped the question in front of the couple’s seven-year-old son, Eric, and stepson Adam, from Lauren’s first marriage, on Christmas Eve.

He is their only child together.
