‘Yellowstone’ Defeats Both ‘Blue Bloods’ and Sylvester Stallone’s ‘Tulsa King’ on the Global Streaming Stage

Paramount+ is the home of many exciting shows. In 2025 alone, several of the world’s biggest titles have been released to the streamer, making a subscription a must for millions. With such high-profile shows comes the ever-evolving battle for streaming supremacy. As of July 8, 2025, said battle has swung slightly the way of Taylor Sheridan‘s franchise-spawning series, Yellowstonewhich still proves one of the most popular shows in the world despite ending its last season over six months ago.

Per FlixPatrol, the third most-streamed show on Paramount+ globally at the time of writing, Yellowstone has taken back hold of its podium position from two major competitors. Currently in fourth is Blue Bloods, the Tom Selleck-led procedural that was controversially given the axe back in December 2024. However, the series is still proving popular thanks to the pending arrival of spin-off series Boston Blue, which is set to star Donnie Wahlberg. In fifth, but still marginally close behind, is Sylvester Stallone‘s Tulsa King, another project of Sheridan’s that has recently wrapped production on its third season. These three often swap places in the global rankings, with Yellowstone snatching the podium position for now.

What Is Topping Paramount+’s Streaming Charts?

However, for one to be third, two others must be first and second. Currently, MobLand, a crime series executive-produced by Guy Ritchie, is the second-most-streamed show on Paramount+ globally, in light of the crime saga’s second season renewal back in late June. MobLand features a star-studded lineup, including former Bond Pierce BrosnanTom HardyHelen MirrenPaddy ConsidineJoanne FroggattLara PulverAnson BoonMandeep DhillonJasmine Jobson, and many more.

All these faces, though, couldn’t quite take Paramount+’s top spot, with that title going the way of the ever-popular adult animation series, South Park. With the series officially returning for its 27th season later this month, South Park often finds itself the global hub for those looking to escape from the turbulent political and cultural landscape into a realm where all of its controversies can be satirized. Almost every country in the world, where Paramount+ is available, has South Park as their most-watched show on the aforementioned date, including France, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. In the U.S., however, the most-watched series is currently Criminal Minds.

Yellowstone is currently the #3 most-watched show in the world on Paramount+. Make sure to stay tuned to Collider for more streaming stories.
