Actor Montana Jordan, famous for his role as George “Georgie” Cooper Jr. on Young Sheldon and the show’s spinoff series, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, is officially married!
People magazine reported that Jordan and Jenna Weeks, who have been in a relationship for four years, had a Texas wedding ceremony on June 21. The Texas natives decided to have their country-themed wedding held at the Dove Hollow Estate.
“We wanted something that said country but elegant,” said Weeks during an exclusive interview with the publication.
Jordan told People magazine he had Weeks choose the details for the wedding to make sure she had the best time. The couple also shared that they wanted their families to be involved in the ceremony.
“Family is really important to us, and being surrounded by them fills our cup,” said Weeks, who has a 1-year-old daughter named Emma Rae with Jordan.
Her 22-year-old husband also said, “I didn’t have any must-haves other than having our families celebrate with us.”
In addition, the couple, who had around 200 guests at their wedding, told People why they were excited for married life.
“What getting married means to me is dedicating your life to this person, promising to always be there, to love unconditionally and without hesitation. To always put them first, to listen, to encourage, and never stop being their friend first,” said Weeks.
