St. Denis Medical is back with a new episode on Monday, March 30, and it sees the return of a guest star who made her debut earlier in Season 2.
Love Island USA’s Ariana Madix will reprise her role as Dr. Brooke Emerson, the colleague and ex-girlfriend of egotistical surgeon Bruce (Josh Lawson). And after what went down between the former couple earlier in Season 2, you’ll want to see what happens when Dr. Emerson swings by St. Denis Medical Center again.
Below, get all the details on how to watch tonight’s all-new episode of St. Denis Medical.
How to watch Ariana Madix on St. Denis Medical’s March 30 episode
There’s only one way to catch tonight’s brand-new episode live: By tuning in to NBC at 8/7c.
But, as always, new episodes are available to stream the following day on Peacock.
The episode description for Season 2, Episode 17, “Here a Righteous Woman Comes,” gives away very little. But it’s worth noting that there’s just one more episode to go until the season finale:
Joyce hosts a ribbon-cutting for the birthing center; Matt and Serena take on an awkward assignment; Ron tries to knock out a quick physical before his fishing trip.
When viewers saw Emerson and Bruce cross paths in Episode 6, they witnessed the cocky surgeon attempt to rekindle their long-lost relationship.
In a November 2025 interview with TheWrap, series creator Eric Ledgin raved about Madix’s onscreen skills.
“Ariana’s just a pro. She is an actor who happens to also be successful as a host,” Ledgin said of the Vanderpump Rules alum. “She’s fantastic and she’s coming back for a couple more this season past that first one. I might not be allowed to tell you that, but I just did.”
Season 2 has been jam-packed with memorable guest stars, including Sam Richardson and Kristen Schaal.
St. Denis Medical is renewed for Season 3 on NBC
It’s official: St. Denis Medical is returning for a third season on NBC as part of the upcoming 2026-2027 schedule. The hit mockumentary joins Happy’s Place as two series that received the green light for Season 3 in February.
“Both St. Denis Medical and Happy’s Place have delivered comedic brilliance over their first two seasons, truly connecting with our audience with hilarious characters, and remain hugely important and successful programs to our primetime and Peacock lineup,” Lisa Katz, President, Scripted Content, NBC & Peacock, said in a statement. “A huge thank you to the producers, casts, and crews of both shows who have brought these wonderful stories to life and will now continue to tell their laugh-out-loud stories.”
There’s no premiere date for Season 3 of St. Denis Medical as of yet, but we’ll be sure to share that news on NBC Insider.
