Simone Ashley has shared rare insights into her connection with Jonathan Bailey in the hit Bridgerton.
Speaking on a recent episode of The Louis Theroux Podcast, the 31-year-old actress revealed how the 37-year-old actor encouraged her to prioritise the show.
“He set a great example of — for lack of a better word — the loyalty to the show. It is a show about family and returning home and returning to the family. I think a lot of people follow that suit,” Ashley said.
She added that Bailey has been a strong influence on her, and following his advice has helped create a warm and welcoming atmosphere whenever she returns to the Bridgerton set.
The Picture This actress continued, “Now when we go back, there is that environment of coming home and feeling like we’re part of a family. I can only comment on what me and Johnny have done. We just really make sure that our schedules can just make it work.”
